Actions : Rothgar wants you to head to the old city and investigate stolen gold. Head to the west and you'll find a staircase (and a ton of goblins). At the top of the stairs turn left and keep going up stairs until you are on the south end of the city. In the area before the chief you'll find a Dourhander Burgler and a few goblins. The Dourhander has to die to update the quest. Head back to Rothgar.
